I recently graduated from the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Language and Culture.
Currently, I’m a Customer Intelligence Intern at Allegiant Air, where I design surveys, synthesize feedback, and use SQL to analyze and model passenger data. I turn these insights into actionable recommendations for the Ancillary Management and Loyalty teams to help drive revenue and improve the customer experience. Together, this work brings together my interests in human behavior, data analytics, and a lifelong passion for aviation.
